Privacy policy
elsilencio.com website before launch. Effective September 13, 2026. Updated the same day to include analytics and advertising with consent.
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit elsilencio.com or leave your email on the waitlist, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights. When elsilencio opens, the product will have its own privacy policy and terms of use, published on this site.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data is processed and why
Your email on the waitlist
If you leave your email, it is kept to write to you once: the day elsilencio opens. The language of the page you used is also kept, so we can write to you in that language. It is not used for anything else. You won’t receive newsletters, promotions, or reminders.
Along with your email, the form records your IP address, browser, and the page you sent it from, and runs it through an automated spam filter. That data is used only to prevent abusive submissions.
The launch email comes from elsilencio with a subject line that doesn’t describe what it’s about.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. Retention: until the launch notice is sent, and it is deleted within the following 30 days. If elsilencio does not open within 12 months of you leaving your email, it is also deleted.
Hosting technical data
When the site loads, the hosting provider logs technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser, requested page, and time. This data is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: as defined by Netlify, as processor, to operate and protect its service. No copy of these logs is kept.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, where you came from, your device type, and your approximate city-level location, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Legal basis: your consent. Retention in Google Analytics: 14 months.
Advertising, only if you accept
If you accept advertising cookies, advertising platforms record your visit only to measure the results of elsilencio campaigns. That information is not used to show you elsilencio ads after your visit (remarketing) or to build audiences of people who visited the site.
We do it this way because seeing those ads on a shared device could reveal that you visited a relationship platform.
Platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. Before any other platform is used, it is added to this policy. Legal basis: your consent.
What is not done
The email you leave on the waitlist is not shared with analytics or advertising tools. Your data is not sold, not shared for purposes other than those described, and not used to make automated decisions about you.
Adults only
elsilencio is only for people over 18. If you are under 18, don’t leave your email. If an email is found to belong to a minor, it is deleted.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Until you make a choice, the site does not load Google Tag Manager or any analytics or advertising tool. Those cookies are only activated if you accept them.

Each advertising platform may also use cookies on its own domain and process the data it receives under its own privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time from . If you withdraw consent, those tools stop being used from that moment on, and the site deletes the measurement cookies it had created in your browser.
4. Who data is shared with and international transfers
To operate the site and the waitlist, providers process data on behalf of B3acon Tech SpA:

These providers process data outside Chile. Transfers are made under each provider’s data processing agreement, which includes contractual data protection clauses.
The launch notice will be sent through an email provider. Before it is used, it will be added to this policy.
5. Your rights
Under Chilean Law No. 19,628 and, from December 1, 2026, Law No. 21,719, you may request at any time:
- Access: know what data about you is processed.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask for it to be deleted, for example, to remove your email from the list.
- Objection: object to a processing activity.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Blocking: temporarily suspend processing while a request is resolved.
To exercise them, write to contacto@b3acon.tech from the email you left, stating which right you want to exercise. You will receive a reply within 30 calendar days of the request being received. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. If your request is not addressed, you may file a complaint with Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
6. Security
The site is always delivered encrypted over HTTPS. Access to the waitlist is limited to the people at B3acon Tech SpA who manage it.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. If a change affects a use of data you already accepted, you will be asked for your consent again before it applies.
